Extra bed (only one possible, in some rooms only) is invoiced 45€ per night, breakfast included.
Baby's bed is invoiced 10 €.

GENERAL TERMS
The reservations become final only after being accepted and being confirmed by our services (mail, fax, e-mail).
DOWN PAYMENT
The reservations are considered firm only accompanied by down payment of a value of 30% for a 3 days stay and more, and 100% for a stay of less than 3 days, deductible at the end from the agreed stay.
CANCELLATION
The entire amount of the down payments will be preserved in the event of cancellation of the reservation less than 45 days before the date of arrival.
MODIFICATIONS
For any curtailed stay or arrival differed announced less than 10 days before the date from the beginning of the stay, for some cause that it is, the totality of the stay must.
DEPARTURE
The rooms must be released imperatively before 11:00.
HOUR Of ARRIVAL
We will make all our possible so that your room is ready as soon as possible, it should however be provided that will be realizable only starting from 16:00.
